86例跟骨骨折患者的护理干预措施

目的探讨跟骨骨折患者护理干预措施的方法和效果。方法选择2008年1月至2009年6月收治的跟骨骨折患者86例，并随机分为两组，对照组43例给予常规跟骨骨折治疗及护理，观察组43例给予常规治疗及护理外并针对患者实施护理干预措施。结果观察组患者的依从性明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组疗效有效率为81．40％，对照组治疗有效率为39．53％。结论采取有效的护理干预措施，可以有效地减少跟骨骨折患者的并发症，提高其治愈率。

Nursing interventions for 86 patients with calcaneai fractures

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention and the effect of measures for patients with calcaneal fractures. Methods 86 patients with caleaneal fractures to be treated in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2009 were randomly divided into two groups. 43 cases of the control group were given routine treatment and care of calcaneal fractures, and 43 cases of the observation group were given routine treatment and care outside the and implementation of care for patients with interventions. Results Patients in the observation group were significantly higher than in the coutrol group（P 〈0. 05 ）, The efficacy rate was 81.40% in the observationgrou and 39.53% in the coutrol group. Condusion Nursing intervention to take effective measures can effectively reduce the complications and improve cure rate.
