生长抑素治疗急性重症胰腺炎临床分析

目的观察生长抑素治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将72例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分为两组：生长抑素治疗组（38例）和对照组（34例），对比两组的临床疗效。结果腹痛消失时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、及住院时间治疗组均明显短于对照组，且差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。并发症的发生率、中转手术率、病死率治疗组均明显低于对照组，且差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论生长抑素治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效显著。

Clinical analysis of severe acute pancreatitis treated with somatostatin

Objective To study the curative effect of somatostatin on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Total 72 patients with severe acute panereatitis were divided randomly into two groups ： the test group （38）treated by somatostatin and the control group（34）. The comparison of curative effect was made between the two groups. Results The mean days of disappearance of abdominal pain, tenderness, abnormal hemodiastase, and hospitalization were significantly shorter in the test group than in the control group. And there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of complication ,operability and death were obviously.lower in the test group than in the control one and significant difference existed（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment with somatostatin on severe acute pancreatitis has signal effect.
