流行性乙型脑炎患儿IL-8水平的测定及其临床意义探讨

目的探讨流行性乙型脑炎患儿血清、脑脊液中自细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法测定普通型、重型流行性乙型脑炎患儿极期、恢复期的血清及脑脊液IL-8水平并与对照组相比较。结果极期血清及脑脊液中IL-8水平高于对照组（P〈0.01），重型高于普通型（P〈0.05），极期高于恢复期（P〈0.01）。结论IL-8参与了乙型脑炎的病理过程，并可作为反映病情严重程度的指标。

Detection of IL - 8 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in children with Japanese encephalitis

Objective To investigate the change of IL - 8 levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid （CSF） in children with Japanese encephalitis. Methods ELISA was employed for detection of IL - 8 levels in blood and CSF of the children with Japanese encephalitis and of the children saved as controls. Results During acme stage, the levels of IL - 8 of serum and CSF in children with Japanese encephalitis were higher than those of the controls（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The levels of IL - 8 in seri- ous type were higher than those of common type （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the levels of IL - 8 during acme stage were higher than during recovery stage （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion IL - 8 is involved in the illness of Japanese encephalitis. The detection of the IL - 8 is of significance in judgement of the illness.
