肝脏炎性假瘤MRI诊断

目的探讨肝脏炎性假瘤的MRI表现和鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经病理证支的19例肝脏炎性似瘤的MRI表现。结果19例20个病灶，均位于肝右叶，呈圆或类圆形。平扫．T2WI为等信号或高信号，TIWI为稍低或等信号。动态增强扫描动脉期，所有病灶均无明显强化，在门脉期和（或）延迟期，所有病灶均可见到强化表现，如：周边环形强化，中心强化或偏心性强化。结论MRI动态增强扫描反映了肝脏炎性假瘤的病理学特征，MRI动态增强扫描对其鉴别诊断有重要的价值。

MRI diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotum of liver

Objective To analyze MRI features and the diferential diagnosis of inflammatory pseudotumor of liver （IPL）. Methods The MR imaging features of 19 cases of IPLs proved by pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results All lesions being deetected located in the right lobes of livers. The lesions were round or liker round. On MR TIWI lesions were hypointense,slightly hypointense or isointense relative to the liver,and on T2WI they were isointense or hyperinteose. On dynamic enhanced MRI, no obvious enhancement was seen during arterial phase in all lesions, In porto -venous phase and delayed phase,the lesions often demonstrated ring - enhancement or centrie enhancement or eccentric enhancement. Conclusion Dynamic enhanced MR images of IPL can reflect its histopathologic characteristics, and has differential diagnostic value.
