^125I粒子肿瘤组织间植入治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

目的探讨经皮穿刺肿瘤组织间植入^125I粒子对非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效，并对其并发症进行分析。方法30例非小细胞肺癌患者在CT定位下通过穿刺针将^125I粒子植入到肺部肿瘤组织内，通过CT检查观察其疗效及并发症。结果本组30例患者接受^125I粒子植入3个月后，评价疗效，其中完全缓解（CR）3例，部分缓解（PR）13例，无变化（SD）12例，进展（PD）2例，有效率（CR＋PR）为53，3％，穿刺过程中出现气胸5例（16．7％），术后咳少量血痰6例（20％），术后粒子移位2例（6．7％）。结论放射性^125I粒子肿瘤组织间植入治疗非小细胞肺癌，创伤小、不良反应少而轻，近期疗效明显。

The effect of the ^125I radioactive particle embedding for advanced non - small cell lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of brachytherapy by percutaneous paracentesis implantation of ^125I seeds for non - small lung cancer. Methods Thirty patients with non - small cell lung cancer were under gone brachytherapy by percutaneous paracentesis implantation of ^125I seeds. The effectiveness was evaluated by CT. The complications were analyzed. Results Thirty patients were observed for more than 3 months CR, PR, SD and PD were seen in 10% （3/30） 43.3 % （13/30）, 40% （12/30） and 6.7% （2/30） respectively of the patients, response rate was 53.3 % （ CR ＋ PR）. Pneumotborax and hemoptysis were seen in 16. 7% （5/30） and 20/% （6/30） and 6. 7% （2/30） respectively of the patients. Conclusion Brachytherapy by percutaneous paracentesis implantation of ^125I seeds for non - small cell lung cancer is quite effective. The complications are easy to treat.
