| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病的特点，以积累临床经验，提高诊治率。方法对87例慢性肺源性心脏病患者的治疗方法及治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果本组75例患者好转出院，好转率86．21％，非老年肺心病组的好转率明高于老年肺心病组。结论对肺心病患者及早诊治，尤其是老年患者，是提高疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of choric pulmonary heart disease, for accumulating clinical experience and improving their treatment. Methods We study the treatment in 87 patients with chorie pulmonary heart disease. Results 75 cases were improved after aborative treatment. The total rate of curative efficacy was obviously higher in the non - elderly group. Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment will be help to improving the curative effect in patients with choric puhnonary heart disease, especially in the elderly cases. |
