| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨显微眼内窥镜在眼内异物摘出中的应用。方法 11例(12眼)眼内异物均在眼内窥镜下行玻璃体切除术摘出，并作视网膜光凝。结果 11例(12眼)均顺利摘出异物(100％)，术中及术后随访所有患者都未发生视网膜脱离。结论 显微眼内窥镜不受屈光间质和瞳孔大小等其他条件的影响，能够容易、安全、准确地摘出眼内异物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of endoscope in extracting out the intraocular foreign body.Methods 11 cased (12 eyes) of intraocular foroign body were extracted by vitrectomy under.And laser retinal photocoagulation through the endoscope's working channel was done at the same time.Results With 11 cases (12 eyes) of intraocular foreign body,all of the foreign bodies were extracted successfully.Incoluding 3 eyes were corneal leucoma and 1 eye's pupil was small/During operation and postoperative follow up,no retinal detachment was found.Conclusion The extraction of intraocular foreign body is easy,safe and accurate with the mioro endoscope. |
