先天性肠闭锁的手术治疗及影响预后的因素（附40例报告）

目的 探讨先天性肠闭锁的手术治疗方法影响预后的因素。方法 总结分析40例先天性肠闭锁的临床资料；十二指肠闭锁6例，空肠闭锁12例，回肠闭锁20例，结肠闭锁2例；隔膜型10例，盲端型26例，多节段型4例。术前均获确诊，抿治4例，手术治疗36例。结果 手术36例治愈存活26例，术后存活率为72%；20例术后随访1-21年，疗效满意，术后死亡10例。结论 手术是治疗本病的唯一手术，手术方式应根据闭锁部位及类型来选择。本病的疗效及预后受多种因素的影响。

SURGICAL TREATMENT AND PROGNOSIS OF CONGENITAL INTESTINAL ATRESIA(REPORT OF 40 CASES)

Objective To investigate th e operative methods and the factors affecting the prognosis of congenital intestin al atresia. Methods The clinic data of 40 cases of congeni tal intestinal atresia was reviewed, including duodenal atresia (6), jejunal a tresia (12), ileum atresia (20) and colonic atresia (2). The types of atrasia were septal type (10),blind-end type (26), and multisegmental type (4). All h ad been diagnosed before operation, 4 patients refused the treatment and 26 cas es accepted the operation. Results Twenty-six cases of the 36 which acce pted operation were cured and survived,the rate of postoperative survival were 72%,postoperative follow-up of 20 patients for 1- 21 years had well-pleasing curative effect.Ten cases died postoperativ ely. Conclusion Operation is the only treatment of this disease,the mode of operation should be selected depending on the site an d the type of atresia. The curative effect and the prognosis of this disease are affected by multiple factors.
