脑梗死与脑出血患者血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯的对照观察

目的 观察脑梗死与脑出血患者血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯的差异。方法 收集脑梗死病例72例、脑出血病例65例、非心脑血管疾病患者93例,对其血清胆固醇（TC）及甘油三酯（TG）进行统计分析。结果 脑梗死组病人TC高于对照组（P〈0.05） ,TG显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。脑出血组病人TG显著低于对照组（P〈0.01） ，TC与对照组比较差别无统计学意义。脑梗死组与脑出血组间比较,脑梗死组TG、TC显著高于脑出血组（P〈0.01） 。结论 脑梗死与脑出血血脂代谢异常，TG、TC与脑梗死呈正相关,与脑出血关系尚待进一步研究。

Comparative study of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride between patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To show the differences in serum total cholesterol and triglyceride between patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 72 cases of cerebral infarction, 65 cases of cerebral hemerrhage, and 93 cases of non - cardiocerebral vascular disease （ control group） were collected, their total cholesterol and triglyeeride data were analysed. Results TC levels in patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and TG levels were obviously higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, TG levels of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were obviously lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , while there was no obvious difference in TC levels. TC leves and TG levels in patients with cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion There are differences in serum lipids between patients in the stroke and control groups, and there is a positive relationship between the levels of serum TC and TG and cerebral infarction , while between cerebral hemorrhage has yet to be further studied.
