阿仑膦酸钠对老年女性骨质疏松症的疗效

目的 :比较观察阿仑膦酸钠及维生素D3治疗老年女性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法 :A组 2 6例 ,年龄 63a±s 7a ,口服葡萄糖酸钙 6g·d- 1,B组38例 ,年龄 64a± 7a ,口服葡萄糖酸钙 6g·d- 1加维生素D330万U ,im ,每月 1次 ;C组 2 8例 ,年龄 68a± 9a ,口服阿仑膦酸钠片 10mg ,qd加葡萄糖酸钙 6g·d- 1,3组疗程均为 6mo。结果 :B和C组病人的临床疼痛症状改善的有效率显著高于A组。C组病人的腰椎及跟骨骨密度治疗后分别增加 4 %及7% (P <0 .0 1) ,而A组及B组的跟骨骨密度无显著变化。 6mo观察期间 3组病人均无明显不良反应。结论 :阿仑膦酸钠能显著改善临床疼痛症状 ,增加绝经后骨质疏松症病人的跟骨及腰椎骨密度 ,疗效显著好于钙剂或 (和 )维生素D3。

Efficacy of alendronate in treating osteoporosis in old women

AIM: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis in old women. METHODS:Ninetytwo patients divided into 3 groups,A,B and C.Group A(F26,age 63 a±s 7 a) were treated with calcium gluconate(6 g·d -1 ,po,tid) for 6 mo.Group B(F38,age 64 a±7 a) were treated with vitamin D 3 (300 000 U,im,once a month) and calcium gluconate(6 g·d -1 ,po,tid) for 6 mo.Group C(F28,age 68 a±9 a)were treated with alendronate (10 mg,po,qd) and calium gluconate(6 g·d -1 ,po,tid) for 6 mo. RESULTS:The clinical effective rate on backach in group C and B was higher than that in group A.The bone mineral density of spine and calcaneus in group C was significantly increased by 4% and 7% respectively.In group A and B,there were no chnages in bone density of calcaneus.No adverse reactions were found in the three groups. CONCLUSION:Alendronate in effective in relieving the symptom of backache.The bone mineral density of calcaneus and spine is increased by alendronate in old women.The efficacy of alendronate is better than calcium or/and vitamin D 3.
