| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性缺血性中风患者血清可溶性黏附分子（sICAM-1）的表达规律及灯盏花素治疗脑梗死的可能机制。方法将85例急性脑梗死患者随机分为灯盏花素治疗组和常规治疗对照组,分别检测脑梗死患者起病第1、4、7、14日时的sICAM-1浓度。结果入院后第4、7日灯盏花素治疗组患者血清sICAM-1浓度明显低于常规治疗对照组。结论灯盏花素注射液对缺血脑组织神经元保护作用的机制与其阻断白细胞与血管内皮细胞黏附、抑制ICAM-1表达、减轻脑缺血组织的炎症反应有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the change of sICAM- 1 and explore the treatment mechanism of Dengzhanhuas Injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods： 85 ACI patients were randomized into the treatment group and control group. The sICAM- 1 concentration were respectively measured at 1, 4, 7, 14d after onset. Results： The sICAM - 1 concentration of treatment group were significantly lower in 4th, 7th days than those of control group. Conclusion： The neuroprotective effects of Dengzhanhuasu Injection on acute cerebral infarction related to its inhibition of WBC adhesion endothelium and ICAM- 1 expression. Dengzhanhuasu Injection decrease the inflammatory reaction in cerebral isehemie tissue. |
