银翘散提取物对小鼠流感病毒肺炎治疗作用的实验研究

目的观察银翘散对流感病毒（IV）感染小鼠肺组织的影响。方法以流感病毒亚洲甲型鼠肺适应株（FM1）感染小鼠为模型,采用银翘散大、中、小三个剂量灌胃治疗。感染第5天对小鼠进行肺组织病理学观察和测定肺组织IV血凝滴度测定并计算肺指数。结果银翘散各给药组肺组织IV血凝滴度和肺指数明显降低,与病毒感染模型组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。银翘散大剂量组与利巴韦林组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;银翘散各治疗组间比较,大、小剂量组差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论银翘散大剂量组能有效改善病理性肺组织,降低肺组织IV血凝滴度和肺指数,与利巴韦林对照组比较,其对IV小鼠肺炎的改善作用相当。

Experimental Research of Yinqiaosan Extract on Treatment of Influenza Viral Pneumonia in Mice

Objective To investigate the impacts of Yinqiaosan（ Lonicera ＆ Forsythia Powder）on influenza viral（IV） infected lung tissues in mice. Methods IV FM1 infected mice were selected as the models. Gastric infusion was administered with Yinqiaosan of big,middle and small doses. On the 5th day of infection, lung tissue was observed pathologically, IV hemagglutination titer of lung tissue was determined and lung index was calculated. Results IV hemaggnlation titer of lung tissue and lung indexes in each Yinqiaosan group were reduced apparently,indicating significant difference in comparison with those in IV infected model group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The results in large- dose group were not different significantly compared with those in ribavirin group （P 〉 0.05 ）. In comparison among Yinqiaosan groups, the significant differences presented in large and small dose groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. With the gradual increase of drug concentration, the hemaggulation titer of lung tissue and lung indexes were elevated gradually. Conclusion Yinqiaosan of large dose can improve pathological lung tissue and reduce IV hemaggnlation titer and lung indexes effectively. Compared with ribavirin control group,it is much effective on the improvement of IV pneumonia in mice.
