摘    要:目的建立复方苦芩软膏中苦参碱含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:SHISEIDO Cap-cell Pak-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(5∶95);流速:0.8 ml/min;检测波长:202 nm;柱温:40℃。结果苦参碱含量在0.499~2.994 mg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.47%,RSD为1.69%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确可靠,专属性、重复性好,可用于复方苦芩软膏的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining matrine in Compound Matrine and Baicalin Ointment.Methods The highly effective liquid phase chromatography was used for the content of matrine.The chromatographic column was SHISEIDO Capcell Pak-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(5∶95);the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min;the detective wavelength was 202 nm,and the column temperature was 40.0℃.Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.499~2.994 mg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 101.47% with a RSD of 1.69%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Compound Matrine and Baicalin Ointment.
