胸部微创小切口手术治疗256例患者的临床效果分析

目的总结微创小切口在胸部手术治疗中的应用效果。方法对256例患者应用微创小切口进行肺大疱切除、肺良性病灶楔形切除、脓胸及血胸廓清、心包囊肿切除术等,切口长度4～8cm,切口部位根据病变位置确定,在腋前线和腋后线之间的不同肋间。结果全组无手术死亡,248例治愈,8例好转。开胸及关胸时间短,失血少,术后疼痛轻,肺功能损失小,并发症少。结论胸部微创手术疗效好,可减少手术带来的2次损伤,方法简便,适宜在基层医院推广,但要掌握好适应证。

Clinical analysis of minimally invasive thoracic surgery

Objective To sum the experience of minimally invasive incision in treatment of thoracic surgery.Methods 256 cases of patients with minimally invasive resection of lung bullae,pulmonary wedge resection of benign lesions,empyema,thoracic blood clean and pericardial cystresection were analyzed.Results There was no operative mortality.There were 248 cases cured and eight cases improved.Conclusion Minimally invasive thoracic surgery can reduce surgical damage.
