骨肉瘤保肢术的远期随访结果分析

目的 对15例骨肉瘤患者施行灭活保肢术的长期随访结果进行回顾性研究。方法 将15例经病理学诊断为骨肉瘤患者进行术前化疗、瘤段酒精灭活病检、术后化疗。结果 15例中2例局部复发而行截肢术，3例因肺转移死亡，余病例均存活，其中2例已随访12年完全恢复体力劳动。结论 正规化疗加灭活保肢术对治疗骨肉瘤的效果是明显有效的，应在严格适应症的前提下，根据技术条件代替以往单纯截肢术。

Long follow - up of osteosarcoma limbs salvage surgery

Objective To reviewing study the long follow-up result of 15 osteosarcoma patients treated by limbs salvage surgery.Methods Treating 15 osteosarcoma patients which was diagnosed in pathology by preoperation chemotherapy,sarcoma body biopsy after destroyed with alcohol and postoperation chemotherapy.Results 2 cases in 15 was amputated because of relapse,3 cases in 15 was dead because of lung transform,other cases was alive and 2 cases fully resumed manual labor during 12years follow-up.Conclusion The result of osteosarcoma treatment by standard chemotherapy and limbs salvage surgery is obviously effective,but should replace the single amputation only under strict adaptation and corresponding technology condition.
