主动脉窦瘤破裂的外科治疗：附60例报告

报告手术治疗先天性主动脉窦瘤破裂60例．经二维超声心动图和升主动脉造影确诊．行低温体外循环手术，取右房切口9例、右室切口41例、主动脉加右房（右室）切口10例．合并室缺者与窦瘤一起修补；合并主动脉瓣关闭不全者行瓣膜成形式替换术。术后死亡1例。随访1～13年，其余患者心功能显著改善。

Surgicai Treatment of Ruptured Aneurysm of Aortic Sinus-Report of 60 Cases

With ruptured congenital aneurysm of the aortic sinus were treated surgically. The diagnosiswere confirmed by two-dimensional echocardiography and angiography of the ascending aorta. All partients wereoperated on under cardiopulmonary bypass combined with hypothermia. Repair was achieved through right atrialincision in 9 cases, right ventricule in 41, aortic together with right atrial or ventriculor routes in 10. In cases ofaneurysm associated with VSD, repairing both of them was used and with moderate aortic insufficiency, valvuloplasty or aortic valve replacement was performed. There was one postoperative death but no significant complication observed in other patients.
