| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结核性脑膜炎诊断及其预后。方法1993年5月~2004年12月住院诊断结核性脑膜炎43例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果43例结核性脑膜炎好转率为83.7%,死亡率为9.3%,自动出院3例。结论临床表现、脑脊液检查、颅外结核灶、CT检查是诊断结脑的关键,早期诊断治疗是改善预后的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and prognosis of tuberculosis meningitis. Methods The clinical data of 43 cases diagnosed in hospital with tuberculosis meningitis from May 1993 to December 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The improvement rate was 83.3% and the death rate was 9.3%. Three patients left hospital by themselves. Conclusion The clinical manifestations,cerebro-spinal fluid examination,tuberculosis outside brain and the test of CT are the key to the diagnosis of tuberculosis meningitis. The early diagnosis and treatment of the disease are crucial in improving the prognosis. |
