Abstract: | ![]() Summary A case of free calvarial bone grafting to reconstruct a post-mandibular fracture deformity with a 19 years' follow-up is reported. The grafted membranous calvarial bone has remained solid and stable with little resorption. The patient can wear a denture. This is the first successful and longest follow-up case report of a free calvarial bone graft in mandibular reconstruction.Requests for reprints: Prof. T. Fujino, M.D. |
