秦皇岛市1777例乳腺肿瘤临床病理分析

目的:探讨秦皇岛市近15年乳腺肿瘤的发病趋势和发病特点,为临床医生和病理医生提供有价值的诊断思路,并对乳腺肿瘤的防治提供理论依据.方法:材料取自1990～2004年秦皇岛市第一医院病理科外科手术和活检病理档案中的全部乳腺肿瘤病例,以Microsoft excel的形式储存,将数据导入SPSS11.0对其进行统计分析.结果:共统计出乳腺肿瘤1777例,占全部肿瘤病例的10.4%,其中良性肿瘤1079(例,占60.7%,恶性肿瘤698例,占39.3%;良性肿瘤的高发年龄为20～39岁,恶性肿瘤的高发年龄为40～59岁;乳腺良性肿瘤中以纤维腺瘤最多见,而恶性肿瘤以浸润性导管癌最多见;乳腺癌患者中ER、PR受体均阳性者比例较高.结论:乳腺肿瘤的发病呈逐年上升趋势,发病年龄趋于年轻化,急需分析相关因素,提出切实有效的预防和治疗措施.定期普查是较为重要的一个步骤.

CLINICAL PATHOLOGY ANALYSIS OF 1777 CASES BREAST TUMORS OF QINHUANGDAO

Objective:To find out the incident tendency and characteristic of the breast tumors and to supply valuable pathological data for prevention and treatment of the breast tumors. Methods: The data were from the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao from 1990 to 2004. Microsoft excel and SPSS11. 0 were used to statistic the data. Results: Cases of the breast tumors in 15 years were totally 1 777, whose rate was 10. 4% of the total tumor cases. In which the cases of benign tumors were 1 079 and malignant tumors were 698. The cases of both types tumors increased, of benign tumor is 20-39 years old, while Most patients of malignant was 40-59 years old. Most benign tumors are fibroadenoma, while most malignant tumors are infiltrating ductal carcinoma. The positive rate of ER and PR are very high. Conclusion: The incident of breast tumors was increasing year by year, and the age of patients became younger than before. It is necessary to analysis all the relevant factors to draw up an efficient strategy to prevent and treat these tumors, such as searching regularly is an important step.
