契约学习法在老年护理课程实践教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨契约学习法在专科老年护理课程实践教学中的应用效果。方法:以2007级护生58名作实验组,在老年护理课程实践教学中进行契约学习教学。2006级护生55名作对照组,采用传统实践教学法。教学后对两组的期末理论考试成绩比较和分析,并对实验组问卷调查。结果:实验组理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有显著性统计学意义(P〈0.01)。契约学习法可调动学生学习的主动性,确保实践教学质量的提高,并有助于培养学生的综合能力。结论:契约学习法是提高老年护理课程实践教学质量的一种有效教学方法。

Application of contract learning in teaching of practice of geriatric nursing

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the application of the contract learning in the practice teaching of geriatric nursing. Methods: 58 students of grade 2007 as experimental group used the contract learning method and 55 students of grade 2006 as control group used traditional teaching method. After teaching and learning process, the experimental group was investigated by questionnaire and terminal theory exam scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The score of examination of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). The contract learning can improve students' learning motivation, improve the practice teaching quality and train students' comprehensive ability. Conclusions: The contract learning can effectively improve the practice teaching effects of geriatric nursing.
