喉癌患者术后肠营养支持的临床观察

目的:探讨喉癌患者术后肠营养的支持方法.方法:将90例喉癌患者随机分为3组,即静脉营养组、鼻饲混合奶组和鼻饲安素组.结果:3组切口愈合情况差异无显著性(P＞0.05),静脉营养组虽能满足营养需要,但相关并发症多且费用高,混合奶组所用混合奶热量小,易堵管,但费用低,鼻饲安素组热量大,能量全不易腹泻和堵管,其所需费用患者多可接受.结论:喉癌患者术后需要肠营养支持,混合奶与安素交替由胃管注入,是一种热量足、营养全、痛苦小、费用低,患者易接受的好方法.

Clinical observation of supporting treatment by enteral nutrition(EN) upon postoperational laryngocarcinoma patients

Objective:To investigate for best method about supporting treatment upon laryngocarcinoma patients after operationMethod:90 cases were divided into three groupsAn intraveinous nutrition group;B:Nasal feeding with mixed milk;C: Nasal feeding with "Arisol"Result:All three groups show no difference in incision healing(P>005),group A have more complications and more expensive;B show lower caloric,easy to suffer from tube obstruction but more cheap;C with higher caloric,less obstruction,easy for patients to acceptConclusion:Mixed milk and "Arisol" alternately intake through nasal tube show to be a better method with high caloric,less pain and low expenses
