ALSS治疗重型肝炎病程中血清胆碱酯酶活力变化的研究

目的：探讨人工肝支持系统(ALSS)治疗慢性重型肝炎病程中血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)的变化及预后判断。设ALSS治疗组(88例)和对照组(70例)。两组治疗前后均进行ChE检测。ALSS治疗后血清ChE值明显回升，与好转率呈正相关，与对照组有显性差异。治疗组与对照组好转率分别为47．7％、18．6％。ALSS治疗对慢性重型肝炎早期疗效最佳，好转率达81．8％，而中、晚期为68．4％、17．9oA。ALSS治疗可显升高慢性重型肝炎ChE值，并提高好转率。血清ChE可作为ALSS治疗后的预后判断指标之一。

Study on the Change of Blood Cholinesterase of Chronic Severe Hepatitis on Artificial liver Support System

To study the changes of artificial liver support system(ALSS) on blood cholinesterase (ChE) of chronic severe hepatitis and estimation of the prognosis,88 patients were chose as treated group and 70 patients as control group.ChE of each group was detected before and after treatment.Blood ChE significantly increased after the treatment of ALSS,and was positively correlated with improvement rate,and had significant difference compared to control group.The rate of improvement of treated group and control group was 47.7% and 18.6% respectively.The curative effect on chronic sever hepatitis in early period was the best after treatment of ALSS,the improvement rate was 81.8%,and 68.4% in middle period,and 17.9% in later period.ChE of chronic severe hepatitis and improvement rate significantly increased after treatment of ALSS.
