中药离子透入对儿童难治性肾病的治疗研究

目的探讨中药离子透入对儿童难治性肾病的临床效果及作用机制。方法：将66例确诊患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组对照组。对照组给予常规以糖皮质激素联合其他免疫抑制剂治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上辅以穴位透入治疗仪连接中药贴片贴敷于肾俞穴进行治疗，疗程均为半年，用药前后进行疗效比较并进行重复肾活检，应用Scion Imageβ软件进行病理变化分析。随访3年，记录复发情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为97.1%，对照组为81.2%，总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。重复肾活检定量分析显示：治疗组肾小球指数（GI）显著降低，对照组增加，肾小管间质慢性化病变指数（TI）治疗组下降，对照组不变。间质病变指数（VI）治疗组不变，对照组下降。结论中药离子透入对儿童难治性肾病的临床疗效显著，并能明显改善肾脏病理改变，是一种有效治疗儿童难治性肾病的方法。

The studys of useing Ion transmission of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment to treat Refractory Nephritic Syndrome

Objective To study the effects of useing Ion transmission of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment to treat Refractory Nephritic Syndrome of children. Methods Refractory Nephritic Syndrome of children were randomly divided into treated group and control group. Both groups had the same comprehensive therapy .On the base of an overall analysis about the illness and the patient＇s condition, Ion transmission of Traditional Chinese Medicine was used in the treated groups The plaster were used 3 times every week. All patient were followed up for 3-4 years. Result The overall response rates were 97.1% and 81.2% for iontophoresis group and control group （P〈0.05）. The iontophoresis groupalso had lower glomerular index（GI） and highter vascular index（VI）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Meditcine to treat Refractory Nephritic Syndrome of children could yield notable results. It＇s a highly effective methord with low recurrence and small side effect.
