证素辨证歌诀

朱文锋教授创立的以证素为核心的辨证新体系,是中医辨证学的重大发展。"证素"即证的要素,指辨证所要辨别的脾、肾、肝、胃等病位和气虚、血瘀、痰、寒等病性。每一证素都有一定的症状、体征等"证候",根据证候,可以辨别证素。明确了证素,便可组合成"证名",因而证素是构成证名的基本要素。为使证素辨证的方法与内容广为普及,特将其编成歌诀,使学者如同背诵方歌一样,便于学习掌握和临床应用。

The Ballad of Syndrome Element Differentiation

The new syndrome differentiation system which focus on syndrome element established by professor ZHU Wen-feng,is the essential development of syndrome differentiation theory in TCM."Syndrome element" means the element of syndromes,it refers to diacrisis the location of diseases including the spleen,the kidney,the liver and the stomach as well as diacrisis the nature of diseases such as qi deficiency,blood deficiency,phlegm and cold.Every syndrome element may display different syndromes,physical symptom and manifestation of syndrome.We can diacrisis syndrome element according to the manifestation.And we can combine name of syndrome once we know the syndrome element clearly.Therefore,syndrome element is the basis of name of syndrome.In order to make the method and context of the syndrome element differentiation are understood and adopted in more and more regions,we compose it in a ballad so as to make it easier for learners to study just like learn poem and apply to clinic.
