摘    要:六甲氧苄嗪(HMZ)是哌嗪类衍生物.该药灌注浓度为16μmol·L~1时能使缺血再灌注离体兔心肌磷酸肌酸激酶,谷草转氨酶释放量明显减少;并能提高超氧化物歧化酶的活性,降低脂质过氧化反应代谢产物丙二醛含量;预防缺血再灌注性心律失常的发生,结果提示HMZ对缺血再灌注损伤的心肌具有明显的保护作用,其机理可能与抗脂质过氧化反应有关

Abstract:Hexametazidine [1,4-di(2,3,4-trimethoxybenzyl)] is a derivative from the piperazines.In the isolated rabbit hearts subjected to ischemia and reperfusion,hexametazidine(16μmol·L-1)greatly reduced the leakage of myocardial creatine kinase,glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase and the concentration of malondialdehyde in plasma,improved superoxide dismutase activity and prevented reperfusion arrhythmias of post-ischemic hearts.Theresults show that hexametazidine could effectively protect the myocardium from injury by ischemia and reperfusion.
