社区哮喘儿童的家庭健康指导需求调查分析

目的了解社区哮喘儿童的家庭管理现状，分析其家长的健康指导需求。方法对本地区三所小学4720名学生进行儿童哮喘筛查，对其中已被临床确诊的134例哮喘儿童的家长进行问卷调查，并对结果进行分析。结果社区哮喘儿童的家长普遍存在对支气管哮喘认知不足，配合治疗不当，非发病期用药不规范，对哮喘复发的防范能力薄弱，不能进行有效的哮喘家庭管理，导致哮喘儿童的住院次数增加。结论哮喘儿童住院期间及出院时，要重视对其家长的疾病相关知识宣教，细化健康指导内容。同时，进行电话跟踪评估和针对性指导，将健康教育范围延伸到社区和家庭，增强哮喘儿童家长的家庭管理能力，从而降低儿童哮喘的复发率，提高哮喘儿童的生活质量。
