| 摘 要： | 聘请对教育事业热心、有多年丰富教学经验和临床工作经验的老教授成立医院教学质量专家组，制定了教学质量专家组工作制度，依据一定的标准对教学工作的过程和绩效进行调查研究、质量分析及评定，在此基础上对教学工作进行监督和指导。实践表明，教学质量专家组制度是保障我院教育事业健康发展的有效机制。

| Abstract: | To evaluate and improve the quality in medical teaching, an group expert composed of professor with rich experience in clinic and medical teaching was set up in our hospital. Working regulations maed in the expert group, research and evaluation was carried out on clinical medical teaching. In conclusion, the establishment of expert group for clinic and medical teaching is a good way to improve the quality in medical teaching. |
