| 摘 要： | 目的探讨精神、心理状况对老干部健康的影响,从而有针对性地做好离退休干部的保健工作。方法采用问卷巡诊和体格检查相结合的方法,对303名以军队离退休干部为主的老年人进行流行病学调查、分析。结果离退休老干部对待疾病有6种心态,高龄老年人心态较平和,其他老年人大部分参与社会活动,精神充实;但也有4种消极情绪。结论老年、疾病和社会心理因素是影响离退休干部身心健康的重要因素,应制定科学的干预措施,提高离退休干部身心健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the psychological state and its influence on health of elderly retired cadres. Methods By questionaires and physical check-up, the results of 303 retired cadres were analysed. Results There were six attitudes to the diseases among elderly retired cadres. The oldest elderly were calm when facing diseases. Other elderly were mostly participating in social activity,and felt happy. However there were four types of depress emotion. Conclusions Social-psychology factors are important influencing factors to the health of retired cardre. Reasonable intervention methods should be considered to improve psychological state as well as physical health. |
