2009年六枝特区岩脚镇甲型肝炎暴发疫情调查

目的]探讨2009年1~6月发生在六枝特区岩脚镇甲肝暴发疫情发生的原因,总结经验教训,控制类似疫情再次发生。方法]对疫区进行流行病学调查,采集病人血液、居民与学校饮用水进行检验。结果]根据患者的临床表现、化验结果与流行病学特征,确定这是一起甲肝暴发疫情。通过对学校学生的生活习惯、环境卫生进行流行病学调查,部分患者近期有共同饮食或到摊点购买食品;学校和村民饮用水微生物指标符合生活饮用水卫生标准。结论]这是一起可能为密切接触与食物传播引起的甲肝暴发。
