| 摘 要： | 代谢综合征(MS)是一组涉及多种代谢疾病的临床综合征,可导致严重的心脑血管疾病。MS相关模型的建立对深入研究MS对心脑血管疾病的影响具有十分重要的意义。目前MS的动物模型包括遗传性模型、诱发性模型以及转基因和基因剔除性模型三类。三类模型均具有MS的特点,具有各自的优缺点,但与人类MS的实际情况仍有一定的差距。

| Abstract: | Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a group of clinical syndrome involving a variety of metabolic diseases,which could lead to serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It is significant to establish the relevant animal model for in-depth study of MS on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The animal model of MS include three categories:genetic model,induced model,transgenic and gene-knocked model.The three types of models have its own characteristics of MS,pros and cons,while there is still a certain gap to the clinical situation of human beings. |
