神经干细胞培养、鉴定及分化调控机制的研究进展

摘    要:神经干细胞(NSCs)是一类具有自我更新、分裂潜能的母细胞,在不同诱导条件下有不同的分化形式,其中包括神经元、星形胶质细胞、少突胶质细胞等。当疾病发生时,内源性NSCs可以及时、准确地对疾病做出反应,迁移到损伤部位并增殖分化成为有功能的神经元,使中枢神经系统的损伤和退行性病变得以转归。但内源性NSCs数量有限,针对外源性NSCs的研究便显得尤为重要,原代提取NSCs后在体外模拟细胞生长的内环境、扩增细胞并可进行细胞修饰、定向移植治疗后有针对性地治疗神经系统功能障碍性疾病。

Abstract:Neural stem cells(NSCs)are progenitor cells with self-renewal and differentiation potential which have several differentiation types under different induction condition including neurons,astroglia cell and oligodendrocyte.In disease NSCs can respond promptly and accurately to transfer to the injury site and differentiate into functional neurons in order to cure central nervous system lesion and the degenerative disease.But the number of endogenous NSCs is limited,so the researches for exogenesis NSCs are important.Primary culture NSCs extracted and cultivated in vitro imitating cell growth environment can be proliferated and modified and directional transplanted to treat nervous system disorders.
