炎症和炎性微环境在肺癌发生、发展及转移中的作用

炎症与相当一部分肿瘤密切相关,近年来炎症在肿瘤发生、发展及转移中的作用越来越受到重视,但对于肺癌中的炎症研究仍相对较少。炎症可以直接或者间接地通过促进血管生成、细胞增殖、转移,从而促进肺癌的进展。其主要通过炎性因子、炎性信号通路及上皮间质转化而发挥作用。现就近年来炎症及炎性微环境在肺癌发生、发展中的作用予以综述。

The Role of Inflammation and Inflammatory Microenvironment in Initiation, Progress and Metastasis of Lung Cancer

Inflammation is closely related with a considerable amount of tumors,and it′s getting more and more attention in tumor initiation,progress and metastasis in recent years,whereas the study in the lung cancer is still not enough.Inflammation can directly or indirectly promote lung cancer through angiogenesis,cell proliferation,and metastasis,playing its role mainly by inflammatory factors,inflammatory signal pathway and epithelial mesenchymal transition.Here is to make a review on the role of inflammation,inflammatory microenvironment in lung cancer genesis and development.
