磁共振弥散张量成像在颈髓中的研究及应用现状

摘    要:磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)是目前人体功能成像研究的热点之一。正常颈髓DTI研究显示,颈髓各个节段的平均弥散系数及各向异性分数是有差别的。对于颈髓病变,DTI不仅可以显示常规磁共振成像显示不了的病理学改变,还可通过纤维示踪技术直观地显示纤维束方向及其完整性的改变,为颈髓疾病的检出及鉴别诊断开拓了新的前景。现全面介绍DTI的技术原理及其在颈髓疾病应用中的研究现状。

Abstract:MR diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)is a hot research area of human body function imaging,based on the diffusion weighted imaging.Normal cervical spinal cord DTI research shows that,the DCavg value and FA value of each segment of cervical spinal cord are different.For all cervical spinal cord lesions,DTI can not only show the pathological changes,but also the fiber change of direction and integrity through the diffusion tensor tractography(DTT),which opens up a new prospect for cervical spinal cord diseases′ detection and differential diagnosis.Here is to introduce DTI technology principle and its clinical application in cervical spinal cord.
