上尿路上皮细胞癌的术前诊断研究进展

上尿路上皮细胞癌包括肾集合系统癌和输尿管癌,随着影像学技术的日益发展和普及,其发生率呈逐年上升趋势而日益受到泌尿外科医师的重视。但该疾病术前定性诊断较困难,而明确的术前定性诊断对于手术方式的选取具有决定性的作用。目前临床对于该疾病的术前诊断主要有影像学检查、尿脱落细胞学检查、尿荧光原位杂交技术尿脱落细胞检测、输尿管镜检活检等,其中以尿脱落细胞学检查最为常用。传统的尿脱落细胞学检查诊断敏感性低,如何能够提高其诊断敏感性有待进一步研究。

Preoperative Diagnosis Research Progress in Upper Urinary Tract Transitional Cell Carcinoma

Upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinomas include renal collecting system cancer and ureteral carcinoma,with the development and popularization of the imaging technology,its incidence rate showed an upward trend year by year drawing the attention of urological Surgeons.The preoperative diagnosis of the disease is difficult,while a definitive preoperative diagnosis is crucial to the operation mode selection.Current clinical preoperative diagnosis for this disease include imaging examination,urine cytology,urine FISH and ureteroscopy biopsy,and urine cytology is the most commonly used in clinic.Traditional urine cytology has a low sensitivity in diagnosis,and how to improve the sensitivity needs further study.
