获得性长QT间期伴尖端扭转型室性心动过速28例临床分析

目的分析获得性长QT间期伴尖端扭转型室性心动过速(TdP)患者的原发疾病、发作诱因、心电图特征、辅助检查、治疗情况,归纳和总结其临床特征。方法收集江西省鹰潭市解放军第一八四医院1992～2011年收治的获得性长QT间期伴TdP患者共28例,统计其临床资料。结果共28例获得性长QT间期伴TdP患者,60.7%的患者电解质紊乱,28.6%应用利尿剂,治疗后QTc间期明显小于治疗前QTc间期,所有患者均经补钾、补镁治疗,有效率为64.3%。结论获得性长QT间期伴TdP病情险急,尽早识别和正确处理有重要的临床意义。

Clinical Characteristics of 28 Patients with Torsade de Points Associated with Acquired QT Prolongation

Objective To analyze primary disease,activation factors,ECG characteristics,auuxiliary examination and treatment of patients with torsade de points associated with acquired QT prolongation,generalizing and summarizing their clinical characteristics.Methods 28 patients with torsade de points associated with acquired QT prolongation from 1992-2011 of Yingtan 184th Hospital of PLA were collected and their clinical data was analyzed.Results 60.7% patients were electrolyte imbalanced,28.6% patients received diuretic therap,the QTc after treatment was obviously shorter than the QTc before treatment,all patients received potassium and magnesium supplement,the response rate was 64.3%.Conclusion Torsade de points associated with acquired QT prolongation is dangerous,early recognition and proper treatment are important in clinical practice.
