UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液红/白细胞准确性分析

摘    要:目的探讨UF-1000i检测尿液红细胞、白细胞的准确性。方法随机选取1200份尿液标本,同时用UF-1000i手动进样模式、Uritest-500B检测,再将标本离心取沉渣镜检,将三种方法检测结果分组对比,分析UF-1000i检测尿液中红、白细胞的准确性。通过UF-1000i对97份血尿标本的红细胞形态提示与光学显微镜检查结果对比,分析两者鉴别肾性血尿与非肾性血尿的敏感性与特异性,并对比仪器提示的34份非均一性血尿与52份均一性血尿的红细胞散射光参数,评价UF-1000i鉴别血尿来源的诊断价值。结果 UF-1000i联合Uritest-500B同时检测尿标本与显微镜检查结果不相符标本,假阴性份数极少,假阳性份数较高;UF-1000i仪器提示非均一性血尿与均一性血尿荧光参数相比,非均一性血尿组的RBC-P70 Fsc明显小于均一性血尿组。结论 UF-1000i联合Uritest-500B检测尿液,可提高有形成分检测结果的准确度,其对红细胞形态的提示可辅助临床医师判断血尿来源。

Abstract:Objective To explore the accuracy of UF-1000i urine red and white blood cell.Methods 1,200 urine specimens were randomly selected,UF-1000i manual injection mode and Uritest-500B mode were both used to the detection,then the specimens were centrifuged to obtain sediment for microscopy,the results of three methods were groupingly contrasted,analysis of the accuracy of UF-1000i testing urine fluid red,white blood cells was done;97 hematuria samples of red blood cell morphology prompted by the UF-1000i were compared with optical microscopy results,analysis of sensitivity and specificity of differentiating renal hematuria and non-renal hematuria of the two methods was done,and red blood cell scattered light parameters of 34 non-uniformity of hematuria and 52 homogeneity hematuria were compared,UF-1000i differential diagnostic value of hematuria was evaluated.Results There was few fake negativity but more fake positivity among the non-conformed results of UF-1000i joint Uritest-500B testing urine sample and microscopy test;UF-1000i indicated that the fluorescence parameter of RBC-P70 Fsc of non-uniform hematuria was obviously lower than that of uniform hematuria.Conclusion UF-1000i joint Uritest-500B testing urine can improve the accuracy of the test results of the visible components,its implication of the red blood cell morphology can assist clinicians to judge the source of hematuria.
