国内小儿支气管肺炎辅助治疗的临床进展

支气管肺炎是婴幼儿期常见的下呼吸道炎症性疾病,也是婴幼儿时期主要死亡原因。目前国内外还没有一个统一的适合全球儿科医师通用的治疗小儿支气管肺炎的治疗指南。2011年8月份美国在网上公布了首个小儿肺炎诊断和治疗指南,但尚未被国内学者推荐使用。国内中医中药治疗支气管肺炎有着悠久的历史,近年来辅助治疗药物和方法不断涌现,各地儿科医师做了积极的临床探讨。现对近年来国内用于辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的药物和方法予以综述。

Clinical Progress of Adjuvant Treatment for Children Bronchial Pneumonia

Bronchial pneumonia is a common lower respiratory tract inflammatory diseases of infancy,a main cause of death of infants and young children.At home and abroad there is no uniform treatment guideline for bronchial pneumonia for global pediatricians.In August last year,the first diagnosis and treatment guidelines for pneumonia of children was published online in the US,which has not yet been recommended by Chinese scholars.There is a long history of Chinese medicine treatment of bronchial pneumonia,adjuvant therapy drugs and methods are emerging in recent years,and pediatricians from different areas have done positive clinical exploration.Here is to make a review on the drugs and methods of adjuvant therapy for bronchial pneumonia in children in recent years.
