| 摘 要： | 目的：以中西医结合方法治疗肛门湿疹。方法：将78例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例，对照组以三九皮炎平软膏治疗，治疗组在对照组用药基础上加中药内服、外坐浴。治疗前后从症状、皮疹、复发率等方面进行比较分析。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．3％，对照组为84．6％，两组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。随访3个月，治疗组复发率（12．5％）明显低于对照组（30．0％）（P＜0．05）。结论：提示中西医结合治疗肛门湿疹有较好的疗效和远期效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: Treating anus gernam measles with TCM & western medicine. Methods: 78 cases were divided into treatment group and compare group (39 cases). The compare group were used Sanjiu Piyanping. The treatment group were added with Chinese herb,and then compare the symptom,measles recurrent rate before and after treatment. Result: The currative rate is 92.3% in treatment group, 84.6% in compare group. There's significant difference between the two group(P<0.05). Followed up 3 months, the recurrent rate in compare group is superior to the treatmentgroup. Conclusion: It's has good effect to treat anus gernam measles with TCM & western medicine. |
