解释性心理护理在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠患者中的应用

目的探讨解释性心理护理对腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠患者的应用价值。方法选择2013年1¹2月本院异位妊娠行腹腔镜治疗患者113例为观察组,本市其他2家医院行腹腔镜治疗的异位妊娠患者89例为对照组,两组患者均未流产、未破裂,按照腹腔镜术前和术后护理常规进行护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用解释性心理护理进行心理疏导。对两组患者入院时和出院时采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以问卷调查方式评价患者负性心理情绪,同时在出院时进行满意度调查。结果两组患者入院时和出院时SAS、SDS评分的比较均有不同程度的改善,但观察组改善值明显大于对照组。观察组满意度高于对照组。结论解释性心理护理可更好地改善异位妊娠患者腹腔镜术后的焦虑、抑郁负性心理情绪。

APPLICATION VALUE OF THE EXPLANATORY PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE FOR LAPARO- SCOPIC TREATMENTOF PATIENRTS WITH ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

Objective To investigate application value of the explanatory psychological care for laparoscopic treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods From January 2013 to December laparoscopic treatment of ectopie pregnancy in our hospital 113 patients is the observation group, eetopie pregnancy in the other two city hospitals laparoscopic treatment of 89 eases is the control group, two groups of patients were not abortion or rupture. According to former laparoseopic surgery and postoperative care routine care, observation group explanatory psychological care in psychological counseling on the basis of routine care. Self - rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self - rating Depression Scale （SDS） questionnaire evaluating patients with negative psychological and emotional when two groups of patients admitted to hospital and discharge, while dis- charging make satisfaction surveys. Results To compare two groups of patients on admission and at discharge SA$ and SDS scores were improved in varying degrees. But the observation group was significantly greater improvement than the control group. Higher satisfaction with the observation group. Conclusion Explanatory psychological care can better improve the anxiety, depression negative psychological mood of ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery patient.
