| 摘 要： | 癫痛相当于中医的“痛证”为神经系统常见病.笔者借鉴历代医家论述,认为肝失疏泄,脾虚生痰,心火上扰,肾虚髓空,肺气虚损可相互作用导致癫痫发作.癫痫治疗五脏辩证论治可以取得较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Epilepsy, a common disease of nervous system,is regarded as epilepsy syndrom of TCM. Using the discussion of doctors of past dynasties for reference,the authors think that disorders of liver,phlegm due to deficiency of spleen,flaming up of heart fire,deficiency of kidney and marrow and deficiency of lung qi could interact each other and lead to epilepsy. Differentiation of five viscera and syndrom may achieve good therapeutic effects in treating epilepsy. |
