PDCA循环法在病历回收管理中的应用

为提高出院病历回收率,应用PDCA循环法建立长效管理机制。通过健全病案管理规章制度、完善病历回收质量控制体系和开展规范化培训,出院病历回收率显著提高,从整改前的78.16%提高至整改后的95.14%。在处理阶段,应注重经济奖惩与通报批评并重,并做到定期反馈与沟通。实践证明,PDCA循环法是开展病历回收管理持续改进的科学方法。

THE APPLICATION OF PDCA CIRCULATION METHOD ON THE ARCHIVING MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL RECORDS

To improve the Archiving Rate of Medical Records, we applied the PDCA circulation method to establish a long - term management mechanism. The components of the method included establishing the rules and regulations of medical records management, improving the quality control system of the axchiving of medical records and carrying out standardized training. The arcbiving rate of medical records increased from 78. 16% to 95.14% through the improvement in a hospital. In the action stage, we should pay attention to not only punish in economic, but also criticize in public. And we should feed back and communicate with the doctor regularly. It had proved that, the PDCA circulation method was a scientific method in improving the archiving management of medical records.
