彩色多普勒超声结合弹性成像对判定乳腺小结节良恶性的诊断价值

目的分析彩色多普勒超声结合弹性成像在诊断乳腺小结节良恶性中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的127枚乳腺小结节病灶,分别分析彩色多普勒超声结合弹性成像与X线钼靶检查两种检查方法在乳腺小结节病灶的诊断符合情况。结果彩色多普勒超声结合弹性成像对乳腺小结节病灶良恶性诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为75.0%(21/28)、92.3%(92/99)、89.0%(113/127);X线钼靶对乳腺小结节病灶良恶性诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为60.7%(17/28)、94.9%(94/99)、87.4%(111/127)。结论彩色多普勒超声结合弹性成像对乳腺小结节病灶的良恶性诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可以弥补钼靶X线对乳腺小结节病灶诊断的不足。

THE DIAGNOSIS VALUE OF COLOR DOPPLER ULTRASOUND COMBINED ELASTICITY IMAGING IN DECIDING THE NATURE OF BREAST NODE

Objective To analyze the significance of Color Doppler Sonography and Elastography in diagnosis of Benign or Malignant Breast Nodules. Methods Clinical data of 127 cases of breast nodules were analyzed retrospectively by both color Doppler sonography combining elastography and X - ray mammography respectively. Results The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of color Doppler sonography combining elastography in diagnosis of breast nodules were 75.0% （21/28）, 92.3% （92/99）, 89.0 % （113/127 ）, while the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of X- ray mammography were 60. 7% （ 17/28）, 94.9% （94/99）, 87.4% （111/127）. Conclusion color Doppler souography combining elastography has high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules, and can make up the weakness of X -ray mammography diagnosis.
