标准洗涤法对长效蚊帐药效影响观察

目的观察经不同洗涤次数的长效蚊帐对蚊虫毒效的影响。方法长效蚊帐按WHO标准洗涤程序洗涤不同次数后，分别按强迫接触法、通道法进行药效测定。结果蚊帐在洗涤10、20次时，强迫接触法测试结果显示对中华按蚊击倒率下降率分别为37．5％、78．9％，通道法测试结果显示对中华按蚊阻碍吸血率下降率分别为19．7％、35．0％；上述2种方法测试结果显示蚊帐在洗涤10次时，中华按蚊的死亡率分别为62．5％、100％，与洗涤0次的蚊帐无显著差异（19〉0．05），而在洗涤20次时，死亡率分别为15．0％、65．5％，死亡率已明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论采用长效蚊帐应用于现场防治蚊虫时，在洗涤20次后，应更换蚊帐或重新浸泡药物后使用。

Efficacy of long-lasting insecticidal nets washed with a standard protocol

Objective To observe the efficacy of long-lasting insecticidal nets against mosquitoes using a standard protocol. Methods The forced contact test and tunnel test according to the standard of WHO. Results When the net was washed by 10 and 20 times,the results showed that the decreased rate of KD were 37.5%,78.9% in the forced contact test.And in the tunnel test the net caused blood-feeding inhibition of the mosquito reduced rate were 19.7%,35.0% respectively.By washing for 10 times,62.5% and 100% mortalities were recorded respectively in the forced contact test and in the tunnel test,which showed no significant difference comparing by 10 washes with by 0 washes.However,by 20 washes,the mortalities were 15.0% and 65.5% respectively.These differences were significant between by 0 washes and by 20 washes(P<0.05).Conclusion When long-lasting insecticidal nets were used to control the mosquito,they should be changed or reimmerged insecticide after 20 times washing.
