溃疡性结肠炎是由多种病因导致的大肠黏膜的慢性炎症及溃疡性病变 ,其肠外表现与狐蜮病相似。外感六淫、内伤七情、禀赋薄弱或饮食所伤皆可致病。治疗上 ,除了针对脏腑的病理变化燮理阴阳、除湿解毒外 ,还应分清寒热虚实 ,随证治之 ;同时 ,亦须将药物内服与外治法有机地结合起来
