| 摘 要： | 用 RT-PCR 和 Western blot 检测57例口腔鳞癌组织及12例正常口腔黏膜组织中 LATS2 mRNA 和蛋白表达；发现口腔黏膜正常组织中 LATS2 mRNA 和蛋白的表达率为100％；口腔鳞癌组织中 LATS2基因 mRNA 和蛋白的表达率分别为47．4％（27／57）和42．1％（24／57），二者表达具有明显的相关性（P ＜0．01），均与患者肿瘤的分化程度及淋巴结转移明显相关（P ＜0．05）。

Correlation of LATS2 mRNA and protein expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma |

| Abstract: | RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the LATS2 mRNA and protein level in 57 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC)specimens and 12 normal oral mucosa tissues.LATS2 mRNA and protein were expressed in all the normal oral mucosa samples (100%),but only 47.4% (27 /57)and 42.1% (24 /57)in OSCC samples respectively with positive correlation of both(P <0.01),and were respectively correlated with the tumor differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P <0.05). |
