米氮平治疗抑郁症服药依从性与体重相关性

目的：探讨用米氮平治疗抑郁症患者的体重增加与服药依从性的关系。方法：对单一服用米氮平治疗的45例抑郁症患者进行了为期24个月的跟踪门诊随访，要求病人在服药后每3个月进行随访，记录米氮平荆量，同时测体重、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD．17）评价抑郁情况，并进行服药依从性相关性分析。结果：35例完成了24个月的观察。从第3个月起，米氮平剂量和HAMD得分变化并不明显，但体重和服药依从性波动较大，在治疗的第3、6个月较明显，与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。病人服药依从性与体重的相关系数为-0．341（P〈0．01）。结论：米氮平治疗初期可使体重增加．长期治疗体重增加不明显。而体重增加影响服药依从性。

Study of Correlation Between Medication Compliance and Weight Increase of Mirtazapine on Treatment of Depression

Objective： To explore the correlation between medication compliance and weight increase of mirtazapine on treatment of depression. Method： Forty-five patients with depression were selected for this study, who were treated with mirtazapine only. After discharge from the hospital these patients were come back to hospital to reexamined every 3 months for a total of 24 months. At the same time, these patients were received measurement of body weight, evaluation of depression with HAMD-17, the dose of mirtazapine was re- corded and medication compliance was ivestigonted. Result： Thirty-five patients completed this study, whose changes of mirtazapine dose and HAMD scores were not change from the third month. However, these patients had a significant increase of body weight and de- crease of medication compliance both at the 3rd and 6th month （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The related coefficient of patients was related closely with medication compliance and weight increase （r = -0. 341, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Mirtazapine can lead to weight increase in depression patients in the early stages of maintenance treatment period. However, it can return to normal in the later stage. The in- crease in body weight can decrease medication compliance of patients.
