超声诊断药物流产术后宫腔残留的价值

目的：探讨对药物流产后经B超检查诊断患者子宫内残留物的临床价值。方法：采用B超和尿HCG检查确诊宫内早孕的80例患者,均在药物流产见胚囊排出后阴道不规则流血,经B超诊断发现子宫内异常回声,对这80例患者的超声图像进行回顾性分析,并对其进行清宫术,刮出物送病检。结果：34例行清宫术患者,术后均恢复正常月经,无一例再次清宫。B超检查结果与病检结果符合率为100%。结论：B超为合理的治疗方案提供了客观、可靠的依据,因此可作为不全流产的首选诊断方法。尽早对药物流产后出血时间过长的患者行清宫术,可减少药物流产并发症,有助于孕妇的迅速恢复。

The value of ultrasound diagnosis of intrauterine residue after medical abortion

Objective：To investigate the post-medical abortion patients by B ultrasound diagnosis of uterine remnants of clinical value.Methods：With urine HCG and B ultrasound diagnosis,we confirmed patients with intrauterine pregnancy,80 cases were discharged after medical abortion,see the embryo sac irregular vaginal bleeding,discovered by B ultrasound diagnosis of abnormal uterine echo,80 patients in this retrospective analysis of ultrasound images,and gain curettage,scrapings sent pathologic examination.Results：34 cases were returned to normal after period,no one was been re-curettage.B ultrasonic results and review the results of patient compliance rate was 100%.Conclusion：B ultrasonic over the rational treatment programs provide an objective,reliable basis.Therefore,incomplete abortion as the preferred diagnostic method.Early medical abortion in patients with prolonged bleeding after curettage can reduce abortion complications,contribute to the rapid recovery of pregnant women.
