规范临床护生管理的几点做法

目的:为完成医院带教任务,满足护校需求,提高临床护士的带教能力,培养护理人才.方法:建立护理部、专职护生管理人员、护士长、带教老师四级管理网络,制定各级人员的管理条例,按照护校实习大纲,结合各临床科室特点制定护生的带教计划,并予以实施、监控与纠偏.结果:规范了护生管理,在提高护生综合素质的同时,也提高了临床护士的综合能力.结论:达到预期目标.

Practices about standardizing the administration to the clinical nursing - students

Objective To accomplish the task of training nu rsing students,to meet the demands o f the nursing school,to improve the training abil ity of the clinical nurses,and to nur ture those who are good at nursing care.Method To establish 4-level administratio n net of nursing department,full -time training administrator,head nur se and training teachers;to draw up the adm inistration regulations;to make up the training plans on the basis of con spectus of the nursing school and the features o f the clinical departments and then t o execute,monitor and to correct it.Results To standardize the administration of t he nursing students and to improve th e comprehensive qualities of the nur sing students as well as the comprehensive abiliti es of the clinical nurses.Conclusion To reach the expected goals.
