272例女性生殖道黑色病损的病理分析

[目的]了解女性生殖道黑色病损的病理改变，总结其诊断和鉴别诊断要点。[方法]对女性生殖道黑色病损病例重新切片、读片，按发生部位分组，按疾病类型分类分别统计其例数和所占比例。[结果]样本中的黑色病损外阴205例（75．37％）、阴道13例（4．98％）、宫颈53例（9．49％）、卵巢1例（0.37％）。女性生殖道的黑色病损多见于外阴。以良性病变最为常见；恶性黑色素瘤多发生于阴道；蓝痣以子宫最为常见。[结论]女性生殖道的黑色病损临床容易误诊，必须进行活体组织的病理检查，明确其性质。

BLACK LESIONS IN FEMALE GENITAL TRACK:A PATHOLOGIC STUDY OF 272 CASES

[Objective]To investigate the growth and development features of the black lesions in female genital track and discuss the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the lesions.[Methods]272 cases of black lesions in female genital track were reviewed and grouped according to their pathologic types. Statistical analysis was made respectively.[Results]In the 272 cases,205 cases were located in vulva(75.37%),including 195 cases of benign lesions and 10 cases of malignant melanomas. 13 cases in vagina(4.98%),including 12 cases of malignant melanomas and 1 cases of cellular blue nevus. 53 cases in cervix(9.49%),including 50 cases of blue nevus,1 cases of cellular blue nevus and 2 cases of malignant melanomas. 1 case in ovary. [Conclusion] The vulva is preferably affected by black lesions,which mostly comprise of benign lesion. Vagina is frequently affected by malignant melanoma. Cervix is often affected by blue nevus. It is essential to carry out pathologic examination to diagnose the black lesions in female genital track correctly.
