包头市艾滋病初筛实验室监测网络现况调查

目的]了解包头市艾滋病初筛实验室监测网络能否适应当前艾滋病防治工作的需要,全面掌握艾滋病初筛实验室的现况,为更好地对艾滋病的监测提供依据。方法]按照卫生部对艾滋病初筛实验室的设施、设备、人员构成、业务培训的要求,制订调查表,发给各艾滋病初筛实验室填写并报艾滋病初筛中心实验室,艾滋病初筛中心实验室对所填写内容进行统计分析。结果]通过对18家艾滋病初筛实验室的调查,各实验室人员结构、仪器、设备、检验检测试剂、检测方法、污物处理设施和安全防护用品等基本符合卫生部对艾滋病初筛实验室的要求;检测人员中中级职称者占50.0%,95.8%已从事病毒血清学检测工作3年以上,均有上岗证;1997-2005年,18家艾滋病初筛实验室累积检测各类人群231 036人,检出抗-HIV阳性52例,阳性率为0.023%。结论]艾滋病初筛实验室的现况基本能适应包头市当前艾滋病防治工作的需要。

Investigation on the Status of HIV Anti-body Screening Lab Network in Baotou City

Objective]To explore the status of HIV anti-body screening lab network in Baotou and evaluate whether it could satisfy the need of AIDS control and prevention,in order to provide basis for AIDS surveillance.Methods]To design questionnaire according to the standard(made by MOH) of establishment,equipment,personnel and training for HIV screening lab,and require all screening labs to fill out the questionnaires and submit them to central screening lab,then analyze all the information on them.Results]18 screening labs were investigated,their equipment,personnel,reagent,test method,instrument for disinfection and materials for biosafty basically reached the standards.Among the laboratorian,95.8% of all had engaged on viral serology test for over 3 years and had certification for HIV test,those who had middle level technical titles covered 50.5%.During 1997 to 2005,231 036 persons from various population were tested by these 18 labs,52 were HIV antibody positive,the positive rate was 0.023%.Conclusion]The status of HIV anti-body screening lab network in Baotou could satisfy the need of AIDS control and prevention basically.
